Know when a review attack hits your roofing business.
Emergency and high-ticket roofing leads can disappear after one competitor-like review burst. Omitted watches for suspicious patterns and edits to your service area, categories, and phone.
An urgent job often starts with a Google search. Watch for suspicious review bursts and unexpected changes to your phone, service area, or business hours.

REVIEW ATTACK MONITORING
Spot the pattern. Skip the guesswork.
One unhappy customer and a coordinated-looking burst are different situations. Omitted evaluates velocity, rating concentration, repeated language, and timing against your own review history.

PROFILE CHANGE MONITORING
The right number. The right hours. The right first impression.
An unexpected edit can send a customer to the wrong phone number or make an open business look closed. Omitted checks supported profile details and keeps their before-and-after values.
Know what changed, then decide whether it needs correcting.
YOUR EVIDENCE, ALREADY ORGANIZED
When something happens, start with the facts.

INCIDENT SUMMARY
A compressed burst of negative reviews differs from the profile’s normal activity. Review the recorded facts before submitting a report.
Illustrative evidence record · not a real incident
A homeowner with an active leak sees a 4.4★ rating, assumes the company is unreliable, and sends the emergency job to a competitor.
A little setup. A lot less looking over your shoulder.
Create your account and choose a plan. Then follow a short, guided setup—have your Google login handy.
1
Connect your Google profile
Authorize access through Google. Choose the business location you own or are authorized to manage.
2
We prepare your baseline
Omitted imports available history and records the profile details it will monitor. You’ll see what’s ready and anything that still needs attention.
3
Activate email alerts
Once setup is complete, monitoring turns on and alerts go to your verified account email.
Your business. Your decisions.
Omitted monitors through an owner-authorized connection. It doesn’t edit your listing or automatically report reviews. You get the facts, the evidence, and control of what happens next.
Can Omitted prove another roofer posted the reviews?+
No. Omitted records supported pattern evidence and never assigns an identity or motive that the integration cannot establish.
Does Omitted monitor a roofer's service area?+
Yes. Service-area representation, categories, phone, hours, website, description, and open or closed state are protected when the provider supplies them.
Can Omitted restore a changed phone number?+
Omitted alerts and preserves before-and-after values; it never silently edits the Google profile. The authorized owner decides whether to change it back.
How will I hear about an incident?+
After setup, Omitted sends incident alerts to the verified account email. Each alert links to the incident record. Detection and delivery depend on provider events and scheduled checks; no fixed delivery time is guaranteed.
Will Omitted remove reviews or edit my profile?+
No. Omitted records evidence and helps you prepare a response. You decide what to report or change, and Google decides whether to remove a review. Omitted does not automatically submit disputes or edit your listing.
What does Founding Lifetime include?+
A one-time payment of $399 USD covers up to three Google Business Profiles for the lifetime of the Omitted product, subject to the terms. The offer is limited to the first 50 eligible customers. Additional locations and future paid add-ons are not included.
Can I protect multiple locations?+
Solo covers one location for $19 USD/month, Practice covers up to three for $39/month, and Multi-location covers up to ten for $79/month. Each location has its own review history and incident evidence. Founding Lifetime has a hard cap of three locations.
